Zoe Foy, M.S., B.S.G.E.

Zoe Foy brings a remarkable level of precision and dedication to the AEGA Board of Directors. A licensed Geodetic Engineer by trade, Zoe earned her Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering and a Master of Science in Urban Management in the Philippines. Her professional background includes passing the National Board Examination and serving as a college Engineering Instructor—experiences that honed the sharp analytical skills she now applies to her role as Assistant Treasurer.

Zoe’s heart for service began in Baguio City, Philippines, where she served under Bishop Jerry Pecsoy as a church secretary, treasurer, and worship leader. Her ministry has always been global, including mission work in South Korea and Vietnam. Since joining the AEGA Headquarters staff in 2014, Zoe has become an indispensable part of our team, overseeing the Foreign Credentialing Department and managing the AEGA monthly newsletters across all divisions. Zoe is a proud U.S. citizen, and she and her husband, Stewart, are blessed with two beautiful children.
